SPECIAL EVENTS & TRAININGS
- On October 14, 2011, PROMISE will conduct a two-day training on Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Labor Trafficking of Domestic Minors. This training will target first responders who are in a capacity to serve youth. Registration will open soon for individuals who work in Lake County, Illinois. This training is done in partnership with The Salvation Army STOP-IT program.

- The Shoe Revolt supports PROMISE
Shoe Revolt is an Oregon nonprofit that gathers donations of new or gently used shoes, including celebrity shoes, and sells them on their online boutique.
- Fierce Beauty supports PROMISE with 10% of the revenue they generate from in-home sales of scarves in Chicago. Please view their beautiful scarves on their web site.
- Substance Designs, a new local partner, designs beautiful jewelry made with environmentally-friendly practices. Each piece of new and upcycled jewelry is created by hand. 10% of all Substance Designs Etsy sales are donated to PROMISE and available for purchase on Etsy.
